Return Policy for BR-CONTAINERS.com


At BR-CONTAINERS.com, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original, saleable condition with original tags attached. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.


How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BR-CONTAINERS.com account and go to the order details page.
  2. Click the "Request Order Return" link in the upper right to open the return request form page.
  3. Enter the requested details in the form, including the item with serial number, quantity being returned, and the reason for return.
  4. Enter any comments in the field provided for the BR-CONTAINERS.com support agent and submit the form.
  5. Once your return is authorized (within 2-3 business days), you will receive an email with return instructions and a link to the shipping label.
  6. Place your device for return in the original packaging, including all accessories that came with the device.
  7. Remove any data stored on your device, such as device settings, by resetting your device prior to returning it.
  8. After your return is authorized, you can access your return shipping label in the return authorization email, your My Account page, or via the Order Lookup page.
  9. Click on the shipping label link to open the label and print using your web browser’s print feature.
  10. Your device must be returned to BR-CONTAINERS.com using a BR-CONTAINERS.com return shipping label.
  11. Please wrap the package securely, attach the return label you printed to the package, and take your return package to a drop-off location for the shipper indicated on the label.
  12. Please ship your return within 15 days after the authorization of the return. If the return shipment is postmarked beyond 15 days you will not be eligible for a refund.


Products purchased from BR-CONTAINERS.com that are found to be defective are eligible for replacement under warranty. Please visit our Warranty & Replacements page to request a warranty replacement.


Exceptions

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased from other retailers or channels
